It's more than likely you've been using other audio products throughout the course of time and at Trulli we'd really like to give you an opportunity to allow your ears, mind and soul the time to adjust to the clarity of sound emitted from our products. With that being said, we believe it's important to test these products out in your own atmosphere so you can experience their full effects. Rest assured, our 45-day trial period allows you to do just that.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason we also offer free easy returns. Let us know within 45 days of the original shipment date, and we will refund the full price and pay for return shipping. No strings attached. For more information you may also refer to our Bill of Rights.

Please note: It is a requirement to keep the packaging and all the components originally included.

You may return or exchange any Trulli product within 45-days of purchasing, please refer to our returns guide if it is after this 45-day period. To exchange an item:

• Sign in to your account and select the Returns tab. Tip: Keep your order number on hand (If you don't have your order number contact our customer service support for assistance).
• Submit a Return form and let us know the order you would like to trade-in.
• An exchange order will be created with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item.
• After speaking with one of our representatives, you will receive an email confirming the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
• Follow the return shipping instructions on the label.( We are unable to process returned products sent using an alternate carrier or shipping label.) Please ensure that all previous labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely prior to applying the new one.
• Retain a copy of the shipping label and tracking number provided by the carrier.
• Package the item using the original Trulli shipping materials and label, we advise saving a copy for your reference.

We ship with UPS directly out of our headquarters throughout all of North America and do not use 3rd party or 4th party fulfillment companies. If you are located outside North America we're in the works of expanding and would love to hear from you about inquiry.
